Yatama Souq (Pottery & Traditional Goods)

Yatama Souq was founded orphans in 1987, and is located on Crown prince Street in Hamad Town.

The activity in this souq  started by one person who was selling antiques and pottery, then Sheikh Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister ordered to expand this souq, which subsequently stores start to open until 2005.

Most pottery and antiques are made in Bahrain except for some Iranian-made stuff.
